Are you a physical therapist and runner who would love to help runners and other active individuals stay healthy as they work towards their ambitious goals?
Do you long to become a pivotal member of a team that thinks 24/7 about how we can further build a company that will change running itself and the active lifestyles of many?
If so, then we are your dream opportunity.
Imagine working with these motivated individuals one-on-one in an atmosphere free of insurance headaches while delving into biomechanics, training, and performance at a level unheard of in other clinics.
FLASH Sports Physical Therapy & Performance Center in West Chester, PA began as a clinic catering to the injuries of runners and other active individuals but has quickly evolved into much more. From FLASH’s Coaching with Dr. Ryan & Olympian Brian to our multiple projects and initiatives that will ultimately change running itself and the active lifestyles of many, we are a company that is focused on helping individuals in our community and beyond move quickly towards their goals.
We are looking for a physical therapist and runner who shares our mission and vision and is committed to accelerating the injury (and workout) recovery of runners and other active individuals while teaching them how to prevent future injuries. Also is motivated to help grow innovative initiatives in the running and tennis and platform tennis worlds.
This new member of FLASH will have 2 to 7 years of clinical practice as a physical therapist, preferably with at least some experience working in the fields of orthopedics and/or sports physical therapy. A running background and a love for running and other sports is a must. Experience with tennis and/or platform tennis equals bonus points. (Less than 2 years of experience as a physical therapist? Please see below!)
This opportunity is a full-time employee position with mentorship to start. It involves more than your standard 40-hour work week as some evenings and weekends are necessary, but not all of this time will be spent working directly with patients and clients. The new member of our team will have the potential to make much more than is typically earned by physical therapists working in outpatient clinics.
If you’d like to play a significant role in helping change how runners and other active individuals approach and recover from their respective sports, please submit your resume with a cover letter that introduces yourself and answers the following question:
“How does today’s healthcare not meet the needs of runners and other active individuals, and what do you personally believe can be done to create an experience that helps this population move forward much more quickly towards their goals?”
NOTE: If you have less than 2 years of experience as a physical therapist but this position is your dream opportunity, still apply now to be considered for one of our next openings. We’re always looking to connect with motivated physical therapists, and you could be a future member of our growing team!
